Terms of Service — Nexclip

These terms govern your use of Nexclip ("the app"), operated by Bilal Khan. By using Nexclip you agree to these terms.

Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Nexclip you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.

Pricing

Nexclip is currently free to use. If paid features or subscriptions are introduced in the future, billing, renewal, and cancellation terms will be shown at the point of purchase. Any purchases would be processed by Google Play, and you could manage or cancel them via the Google Play Store.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to break, disrupt, or reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Your content

The items you save in Nexclip are stored locally on your device and remain yours. We do not access, claim ownership of, or transmit your clipboard contents. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
